The group is a premier London developer, having delivered nearly 2000 homes over the last financial year across multiple tenures and market segments - whilst continuing to lead a number of the city’s most complex urban regeneration schemes.

NHG also maintains a robust financial position, which underpins their ambitious investment priorities. In FY 19-20 the group posted an asset value of £20bn, turnover of £731m and a surplus of £98.1m. To date, NHG has also been successful in engaging the capital markets and has raised £1.8bn+ through bond issuances to fund its social mission.

In order to be the best for their residents, deliver ambitious technological investment, meet complex operational priorities and overcome capital challenges, NHG relies on world class governance. The group is now seeking 2x new board directors to join a highly committed team with diverse skills and backgrounds.

The sought candidates need to bring proactive strategic leadership and insights to the organisation and to be motivated by NHG’s mission. Whilst only desirable and not essential, the group also has an interest in hearing from candidates with backgrounds in IT, technology & cyber; or customer-centric and operationally intensive industries; or property services and development.
