The Chair of Wellington College will provide strategic leadership to the Board, guiding the executive team to create an outstanding and sustainable future for the College. They will be a highly respected individual with the profile, stature and character to be a compelling and effective presence, both within the College and as an external ambassador. Candidates will need to demonstrate exceptional governance ability, with an in depth understanding of complex governance structures and procedures. This person will lead renewed fundraising initiatives, as a key strategic objective for the Board. Above all, this person will be an outstanding communicator, able to exercise wise counsel, and build relationships across a number of sectors.
