Anchorwood Limited

As government grants for Housing Associations are becoming rarer, Anchorwood Limited was created as a way to ensure we could secure additional revenue within our group and invest in new affordable homes.

Anchorwood Ltd was formed on 25 June 2015 and is a commercial trading subsidiary company of North Devon Homes.

The company is governed by a board of seven Directors, four of whom are also trustees of North Devon Homes. This board ensures that Anchorwood operates effectively in accordance with its Memorandum and Articles of Association.

The trading activities of Anchorwood Limited are to provide market sale properties and commercial housing services. Any profits that Anchorwood Limited makes are reinvested into the charitable parent company, North Devon Homes.

We're recruiting an Independent Non Executive Board Director

We are looking to enhance our Board with a property or asset management specialist, with a track record of strategic management and the delivery of market sale homes. You will ideally have experience in terms of governance and the delivery of high quality homes. You’ll be committed to our values and our drive to be an ethical property developer, delivering the right homes in the right places, and working to create communities where people want to live.

Anchorwood is a subsidiary of North Devon Homes and, as an established business, seeks to deliver high quality market homes in the south west which support the group’s wider delivery of affordable homes in the region.
