Job Description
To get it right requires a truly seasoned professional. Someone who's been here before and can take, shape and adapt the blueprint of a marketing services business internationally.
Someone to future-proof it.
Your role will test you and the many hats you've worn to date. You'll have done this before and done it well. You'll be adept in simplifying all manner of business growing pains be they decisions around new countries, procedures or even the roles of the owners themselves.
Change is on the agenda, it has to be.

The Successful Applicant
This is no ordinary NED role. It requires someone with the desire to see the journey through.
You'll bring with you a proven track record of growing and ideally selling, an international multi-site business in the marketing services space. If this has been in Healthcare, that's a bonus.
In return, hopefully you'll want some skin in the game and some share of the fruits of helping the business grow but more importantly, an equal say in evolving what they do and how they do it and making it fit for purpose.
