£10,000 p.a. (£5k additional for Chair responsibilities)
1.5 days per month commitment

Atlas BFW Management Ltd was formed in March 2017 and are a wholly owned subsidiary of Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. We deliver fully managed healthcare facilities services and property management solutions to the Trust, as well as other clients, throughout Blackpool, Fylde, Wyre and North Lancashire.

Our clients rely on our expertise and service delivery, not only within their acute properties, but throughout their community buildings. Our profits are used to help grow our business, provide additional employment, training and development for local people, whilst helping to support the Trust’s frontline clinical services and support the delivery of patient care.

We are now seeking two Non-Executive Directors, one of whom will become our Chair, who can help guide us in delivering our strategic objectives, providing a first class service to our main client and shareholder, as well as developing and growing the business and maximising commercial opportunities.

We are interested in hearing from candidates who have extensive commercial acumen who will bring an impressive professional career track record in either finance or the Property/FM sector, in order to support the Board’s strategy as subject matter experts in their fields.

You should have progressed to Board or senior executive level, delivering notable outcomes in complex and multi-stakeholder environments, and share our passion to deliver upon the expectations of our shareholder.
