Newham College is currently seeking Governors to join the College Corporation. This role is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious and dynamic Governing Board and genuinely have an impact on the future success of the College and its students. You will support the development; influence the direction of Newham College, at a time of great change as we build our financial resilience.

The College is looking for people with a passion for vocational education, ambition for our students, staff and the local community, ideally underpinned by a record of accomplishment of strategic leadership in education or skills development.

Your background could be in an educational institution or as a learning and development leader in business; we are interested in a commitment to the transformative impact of education and training, along with high expectations and standards. Confidence to put ideas forward and an appreciation of the context in which Newham College operates are also of key importance
